Sebelum ini, Menteri Kewangan, Lim Guan Eng mendakwa kerajaan Barisan Nasional menyalahgunakan RM19.4 bilion untuk pembayaran balik GST, tetapi Jawatankuasa Kira-kira Wang Negara hari ini mengesahkan tiada wang tuntutan bayaran balik GST yang hilang.
