“Secara keseluruhan, kadar kemiskinan di Sabah adalah yang tertinggi di negara ini iaitu lebih tiga kali ganda daripada purata kemiskinan negara manakala, kadar kemiskinan di daerah Tongod pula berada pada kira-kira 57 peratus atau sekitar 10 kali ganda purata kemiskinan negara,” katanya.
