Putrajaya Cadangan melarang sementara pelancong dari China memasuki Malaysia susulan penularan Covid19 dibincangkan dalam mesyuarat Kabinet

Menteri Kesihatan, Datuk Seri Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad ketika mengesahkan perkara itu berkata, cadangan berkenaan adalah penilaian berterusan yang diperlukan berdasarkan maklumat dan bukti berkaitan penularan Covid-19.Beliau berkata demikian dalam sidang media selepas merasmikan program Inisiatif Kesihatan Mental Universiti Malaya , di Kuala Lumpur, hari ini.

Difahamkan, cadangan untuk melarang pelancong dari China memasuki Malaysia akan dilakukan selama sebulan. Dalam perkembangan lain, beliau berkata sebanyak 203,156 dos vaksin influenza dijangka tiba akhir bulan ini dengan kerja mengedarkannya bukan tertakluk di bawah Kementerian Kesihatan. Jumlah keseluruhan bekalan vaksin influenza adalah sebanyak 633,174 dos, sepanjang Januari dan Februari dengan ia direkodkan melebihi permintaan di Malaysia, berbanding tempoh sama tahun lalu.
