“A million of thanks also to the federal government for the flood aid channelled during the Northeast Monsoon amounting to RM225 million for flood victims and a total of RM1.6 billion for the Flood Mitigation Project to reduce the impact of floods in the state.

According to him, among the amended conditions is the amount of fixed deposit that is required, which has been changed into three categories, namely platinum, gold and silver.In addition, he said the government in collaboration with the Immigration Department will simplify the application where the applicant will get approval after the forms are filled in according to the conditions within three working days.
