PETALING JAYA: The Sultan of Johor, Sultan Ibrahim Sultan Iskandar has given his consent for the state assembly to reconvene on Aug 12.
The post also said Sultan Ibrahim made the decision after granting an audience to Johor menteri besar Hasni Mohammad, state secretary Azmi Rohani and state prosecution director Amir Nasruddin this morning. Sultan Ibrahim had also granted an audience to Johor health director-general Aman Rabu for an update on the current Covid-19 situation in the state.
“A notice to convene the next state assembly sitting will be issued 21 days before Aug 12, which will give time for the Clerk’s Office to gather all the questions from assemblymen.
