Parti Pejuang Tanah Air Malaysia topped the list after losing a total of RM210,000 for failing to secure 12.5% of votes in all of the 42 seats they contested in.
Another MP who lost his deposit was former PKR man Steven Choong, who contested under Parti Bangsa Malaysia in this election. Choong, who was also Tebrau MP, only managed to get 2,471 votes . The party also lost its deposit in the remaining three seats it contested in.
