JOHOR BARU: The Barisan Nasional (BN) leadership has appointed its deputy chairman Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan as election director for the upcoming Johor state election.

JOHOR BARU: The Barisan Nasional leadership has appointed its deputy chairman Datuk Seri Mohamad HasanBarisan secretary-general Dr Zambry Abd Kadir said, in a statement, that the decision was made after a meeting held with Barisan leadership on Friday .

"The meeting also discussed the Johor election. Hence, it has been decided that Mohamad would be the election director while Datuk Hasni Mohammad will be chief coordinator. "In the meeting, it was also agreed that Barisan would further strengtern its election machinery and work together under the Barisan logo," he said.
