JOHOR will transition from phase 2 to phase 3 of the National Recovery Plan on Friday, said Hishammuddin Hussein.“The transition is based on the guidelines stipulated for the NRP and the risk assessment conducted by the Health Ministry and the National Security Council,” he said in a statement.He said the standard operating procedure will be the same as other states which have transitioned into the two phases.
