Ship cleaner Mohamad Amir Nazri Mohd Adam, 24, was accused of murdering Hajar Nursyahirin Rosman, 26, at Jalan Dewasa, Kampung Bakar Batu at around 11.30am on July 4.
The accused, in a grey t-shirt and handcuffs, nodded and said he understood when the charges were read to him before Magistrate Mohd Zulhilmi Ibrahim on Monday .
