JOHOR BARU: In less than 24 hours, the Johor government changed its stance again on the youth age cap.

State Youth, Sports, Entrepreneurship Development and Cooperatives Committee chairman Sheikh Umar Bagharib Ali issued another statement, saying Johor would maintained its youth age limit to 40 as announced by Mentri Besar Datuk Dr Sahruddin Jamal on Monday .

“The Johor government will study the Act to ensure it's suitable to be implemented in the state once it's gazetted in 2021," he said on Tuesday night.
