Johor police chief Comm Datuk Ayob Khan Mydin Pitchay said that a total of 470 standard operating procedure monitoring teams involving 1,598 policemen have been assigned to check on SOP compliance during the lockdown.
"The police have also received a total of 3,384 applications to cross state and district borders on June 1 and 2 where 3,296 were approved while 88 were rejected," he said. "Most common offences include not wearing face masks, not scanning QR code using the MySejahtera application, not checking temperatures when entering buildings, failing to practise physical distancing and having more than the allowed number of passengers in one car," he said.
