According to The Star, Shah Alam district police chief ACP Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim said that the 30-year-old victim was exercising outdoors in Seksyen 27 at 5.50am when a motorcyclist approached him."However, the victim fought back, which led to him getting injured by the suspect," he said. Accompanying the photo were messages claiming that the incident occurred in front of a school in Seksyen 27. The messages also urged nearby residents to be vigilant when jogging in the area in the mornings.
He added that the victim sought treatment at Shah Alam Hospital and filed a police report about the incident on Thursday night.
