PETALING JAYA: Polis setakat ini menerima 72 laporan berkaitan penipuan pakej haji oleh tiga agensi pelancongan yang mengakibatkan kerugian hampir RM4 juta.
Katanya, kesemua 72 laporan polis itu dibuat di 10 negeri berkaitan penipuan pakej haji oleh agensi pelancongan terbabit. “Selain itu, kita turut menerima tiga laporan di Kedah dan masing-masing satu di Terengganu, Pulau Pinang dan Negeri Sembilan,” katanya dalam kenyataan hari ini.Jelasnya, jumlah kerugian paling tinggi direkodkan di Pahang iaitu RM1.6 juta diikuti Kuala Lumpur dan Selangor .
