SUDAH tiba masanya Kuala Lumpur ditukar statusnya menjadi sebuah negeri berdaulat, kata ahli Parlimen DAP. Ahli Parlimen Kepong Lim Lip Eng berpendapat bandar raya itu perlu mempunyai Dewan Undangan Negeri sendiri di mana rakyat boleh memilih ahli dewan mereka sendiri.
