Israel kepung sepenuhnya Semenanjung Gaza, putuskan bekalan air, elektrik

BAITULMUQADDIS: Israel mengenakan kepungan menyeluruh ke atas Semenanjung Gaza semalam termasuk memutuskan bekalan air, selain terus mengebom sasaran di kawasan Palestin yang sesak sebagai tindak balas terhadap serangan mengejut Hamas yang disamakan dengan serangan 11 September.

Perdana Menteri Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu mengancam Hamas bakal berdepan ‘keadaan sukar dan dahsyat’ dan mendakwa tindakan rejim itu bakal mengubah Asia Barat. Kepulan asap daripada letupan menghitamkan langit Gaza ketika Hamas terus melancarkan roket sehingga ke Tel Aviv dan Baitulmaqdis, yang mana sistem pertahanan peluru berpandu melepaskan tembakan dan siren serangan udara bergema.

Tentera Israel telah menghantar tentera ke wilayah selatan untuk menakluk semula kawasan itu dan mula melancarkan serangan ke atas Hamas di Gaza.
