KUALA LUMPUR, May 15 — Umno’s constitutional amendment to delay internal polls during general election years must still be endorsed by the Registrar of Societies, said party vice-president Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

“There is no reason for RoS to reject the amendment because RoS has to oversee the benefits of any society under the body.
