Ismail Sabri says MSMEs must innovate, become sustainable

Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob says the government will continue to intensify efforts to improve access and opportunities to help MSMEs increase sales in the international market. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, December 7, 2021.

THE government has outlined two main focus areas to catalyse the recovery of the micro, small and medium enterprises : they must pursue innovation, digitalisation and use of technology, as well as inculcate sustainability principles comprising environment, social and governance over the long term, Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob said.
