"He didn't give any letter to the local government authorities or even to me saying that he's sick," he was quoted as saying by"I only learned about him being unwell from the local council secretary and from the Ipoh City Council, but no information about his condition and whereabouts.Yong said a mayor or local council president is entitled up to 90 days of sick leave, but Zamri had used up all of them.
