“Kebanyakan prasarana sedang dalam pembinaan dan yang sudah siap dibina antaranya Hospital Pakar Komuniti Perak dan Hospital Seri Botani manakala hospital di Bandar Sunway, Tambun yang dalam pembinaan dijangka siap tidak lama lagi. Rumaizi berkata pembinaan beberapa pusat kesihatan di sekitar bandar raya ini melibatkan pelaburan melebihi RM1 bilion pada fasa awal.
