Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain urges people to inform the police if they are leaving their homes for the holidays, even if they do not celebrate Hari Raya, so that patrols can be sent to their housing areas. This applies to both Muslims and non-Muslims.

KUALA LUMPUR: Inform the police if you are leaving your home for the holidays even if you do not celebrate Hari Raya so that patrols can be sent to your housing area," says Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain.

"If you plan on leaving your home please inform us," he said when met on Monday at the Police Training Centre here. "We are also monitoring hotspots and blackspots. But when the volume is high, traffic jams will happen.
