JAKARTA : The Royal Malaysian Air Force and the Indonesia n Air Force are planning to conduct a three-day joint air patrol from May 20 to 22.
F-18 fighter jets from the 18th Squadron of the RMAF and F-16 fighter jets from the 16th Air Squadron at Roesmin Nurjadin Air Force Base in Riau will be participating in the mission. According to a statement by TNI AU, the meeting also addressed strategies aimed at enhancing coordinated air patrols and improving information sharing to facilitate better surveillance of respective airspace.
