FOREIGN Minister Saifuddin Abdullah today said he can vouch on the statement made by Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi did not make any extradition request for Islamic preacher Zakir Naik during their recent meeting in Russia. Saifuddin in a statement today said he was present in the meeting between the two leaders in Vladivostok on September 5.
