Following the reclassification of police investigations into Teoh Beng Hock's death, the deceased's sister rued that former DAP national chairperson Karpal Singh is no longer alive.
"If you are still alive, this... would be another scenario. I miss you, Mr Karpal Singh. You are always on my mind," she posted on Facebook last night.Prior to his death, Karpal had represented Beng Hock's family. His son, Ramkarpal Singh, is now acting for them. The police are now investigating the matter under Section 342 of the Penal Code for wrongful confinement, and not culpable homicide.
