PETALING JAYA: Former international trade and industry minister Rafidah Aziz revealed that she advised Pakatan Harapan cabinet members on how to conduct themselves, telling them not to go on an ego trip.
She said the advice against ego trips was the first thing she told the newly appointed members of the government when she met them in December. Rafidah defined going on an “ego trip” as having personalised number plates or having security guards salute a minister. “Even the prime minister does not have a car plate that says ‘prime minister’,” she said.
