Langkawi MP Dr Mahathir Mohamad has apologised for not checking his temperature at a surau in his constituency.
In a statement, Mahathir explained that he had flown to Langkawi on May 8 to take part in several donation programmes in conjunction with Ramadan and Hari Raya.“I was informed that at the event, I had breached the SOPs by not having my temperature chcked before entering the surau,” he said in a statement.
