Hubungan erat kerajaan negeri dan pusat mudahkan Felda laksana projek, kata pengerusi

LEMBAGA Kemajuan Tanah Persekutuan memerlukan kerajaan negeri yang mempunyai hubungan erat dengan kerajaan Persekutuan bagi memudahkan agensi itu melaksanakan sebarang projek pembangunan yang dirancang berkaitan warga Felda.

“Contohnya terdapat beberapa projek perumahan untuk generasi peneroka Felda di negeri ini seperti projek perumahan Felda di Kerteh 5 terbengkalai selepas kekalahan BN dalam Pilihan Raya Umum ke-14 lepas apabila kerajaan negeri tidak memberikan kerjasama. Hal itu katanya menimbulkan keresahan dalam kalangan generasi baharu Felda yang sememangnya amat memerlukan kemudahan berkenaan.

“Bila subsidi terlalu tinggi, tidak banyak rumah yang kita dapat bina dan anak syarikat Felda yang melaksanakannya itu tidak mempunyai daya tahan untuk meneruskannya.
