The Nova 12s has a 6.7-inch panel that offers up to 120Hz refresh rate, 300Hz touch sampling rate, Full HD+ resolution, and 1.07 billion colors; while the Nova 12 SE features a 6.67-inch screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, 270Hz touch sampling rate, Full HD+ resolution, and 1.07 billion colors. Lastly, the Huawei Nova 12i arrives with a 6.

Other notable features include stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint scanner, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC support, ultra thin 6.88mm thickness, and a lightweight 168 grams design. Both the Nova 12 SE and Nova 12i feature the Snapdragon 680 SoC that is paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. These models also run on the EMUI 14.

Huawei Nova 12 SE features a triple camera setup that consists of a 108-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter. The front facing camera is a 32-megapixel shooter. On the other hand, the Nova 12i has a dual camera setup with a 108-megapixel main and 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front houses an 8-megapixel selfie shooter. The two devices support WiFi 5, NFC, and Bluetooth 5.0.
