GEORGE TOWN: Ketua Menteri Pulau Pinang Chow Kon Yeow menggesa pengkritik menghormati keputusan DAP memilihnya menerajui pentadbiran negeri itu, susulan pengakuan beliau wujud usaha menyingkirkannya.
Apabila ditanya apa kaitan isu itu dengan kedudukannya sebagai ketua menteri, beliau berkata: “Lagipun saya adalah ketua menteri. Oleh itu, saya bertanggungjawab untuk semua isu.” Menurutnya, sokongan itu membolehkannya menumpukan pada pelaksanaan matlamat ditetapkan di bawah Pelan Tempatan Pulau Pinang 2030.
