The bank occupies most of the floors in the 36-storey Menara Hong Leong in Damansara Heights.

However, according to sources, when the bank asked BNM on the duration of the closure and for more details on the reasons, the central bank just referred them to the National Security Council . “They are very frustrated as they have about 2,000 employees who will need to undergo a test and redeploy within such a short time.

Among other measures, the bank requires staff who have travelled interstate to undergo self-quarantine for 14 days before coming back to the office.

LRT stations on Hide list remain open, but shops will closeKLCC, Masjid Jamek, and KL Sentral LRT stations can operate as usual but shops at the premises will shut. I thought HIDE is a list of places that you should hide yourself from as a precautionary measure. There's no need to close the shopping malls. Just make sure they follow the SOP strictly.
