THE Home Affairs Ministry will draw up regulations to cover the import and sale of firecrackers and fireworks following the cabinet’s decision to legalise them, said Nga Kor Ming. The local government development minister said the final decision was subject to approval by the authorities in matters such as import licenses and duties.
