I should think otherwise, PH must accept election, no matter when, so long as it is within the time flame of the 5 years, as it is part of the democratic process. Every party must abide by the democratic election processes
I have no problem with this IF the country is rich and can afford 2 separate elections. But we are FLAT BROKE.
