PARLIAMENT or a royal commission of inquiry must investigate the former Election Commissioners for alleged misconduct in their handling of the 14th general election if a tribunal won’t, a DAP lawmaker said. Kota Melaka MP Khoo Poay Tiong called the decision by a special tribunal yesterday to drop proceedings against theon grounds that they had already resigned “appalling”, and urged for other ways to investigate them.

billtay25 The Tribunal is over and done with. Move on. The AGC should look into the conduct of the EC members and see whether criminal charges can be brought against them individually for 'conspiracy to defraud the voters', 'gross dereliction of duty amounting to criminal conduct', etc
