SABAH football fans will be in for a treat to watch the Sabah Maju Cup competition involving KL City FC from the Peninsula, Kuching City FC from Sarawak, Hougang United from Singapore and our very own Sabah FC starting this Monday at the Likas Stadium.

The four-team tournament which will play over seven days until May 5 offering not just the challenge trophy, the champions also get to win RM10,000 in cash with RM5,000 for the runners-up while the third and fourth placed teams will each receive RM3,000 and RM2,000 respectively. The tournament comes timely for Sabah FC as this will serve as a very good testing ground for them to see how good their preparation is before the season opener against Penang FC on May 12 here at Likas Stadium.
