LACK of e-hailing drivers and higher customer traffic are among the reasons e-hailing fares have soared, said Transport Minister Wee Ka Siong. In a statement, Wee said some e-hailing companies have seen their number of registered drivers drop by 30% compared to pre-Covid times.
