Health Ministry reports 6,145 new Covid-19 cases, lowest since July 4

Malaysia recorded 6,145 new Covid-19 cases in the past 24 hours, the lowest since July 4, when 10,915 cases were logged. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, October 17, 2021.

MALAYSIA reported 6,145 new Covid-19 cases as of noon today, Health Director-General Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said. The daily cases recorded today are the lowest in the past 104 days – 6,045 infections were reported on July 4. Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
