Laos govt mandates graphic health warnings on cigarette packages to combat smoking epidemic in country
The decision was made after an improvement in the percentage of vacancies for housemen, the ministry said in a statement on Wednesday .Earlier this year, the ministry said placement was only open to state hospitals following a decrease in the number of vacancies for housemen.
