Health Ministry marks eventful year under Pakatan govt

Health Minister Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad says the establishment of the Health Advisory Council to bolster public-private collaboration in healthcare is another major achievement. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, May 3, 2019.

PEKA B40, a healthcare protection scheme for the bottom 40% of wage earners, “sick” projects management, and price control for medicines are among the achievements of the Health Ministry under the Pakatan Harapan government. Health Minister Dr Dzulkefly Ahmad said the establishment of the Health Advisory Council to bolster public-private collaboration in healthcare is another major acomplishment.
