PETALING JAYA: . In a Facebook post, Noor Hisham said Najib was sent to Kuala Lumpur Hospital for treatment after a Sept 12 court order due to his “unsatisfactory health condition”. “The health ministry has carried out clinical investigations, treatment and monitoring, and the medical report will be submitted to the court ,” he said.“At the same time, the ministry has the responsibility to comply with the ethics of patient confidentiality under the Medical Act 1971 .
” Yesterday, the prisons department said Najib was transferred to the Cheras Rehabilitation Hospital for treatment and observation on Monday after being referred by HKL.It said Najib will be sent back to Kajang prison to continue serving his sentence after clearance from the specialists at HRC or HKL. Najib was admitted to HKL last week after his blood pressure experienced “fluctuations”, his lawyer, Shafee Abdullah, said.
