Lapor Daily Mail, lelaki tersebut yang merupakan seorang pelajar dikatakan membawa salinan drama itu dalam bentuk digital yang disimpan dalam pemacu USB. Lelaki itu ditahan oleh anggota perkhidmatan pengawasan negara selepas didapati menjual salinan drama itu kepada orang ramai termasuk rakannya. Dilaporkan, penahanan itu dipercayai berlaku pada minggu lalu di wilayah utara Hamgyong yang bersempadan dengan China.Radio Free Asia melaporkan seorang pelajar yang membeli salinan siri drama itu dikenakan penjara seumur hidup manakala enam lagi yang menonton filem tersebut dijatuhi hukuman melakukan kerja berat selama lima tahun.
Korea Utara mengenakan larangan ketat terhadap bahan dari Barat dan Korea Selatan yang dibenarkan masuk ke negara itu.Beberapa guru turut didakwa dipecat atau mungkin akan dipaksa bekerja di lombong terpencil sebagai hukuman.
