JOHOR BARU: More than half the international tourists that have visited Malaysia as of July this year are from Singapore, says Tourism, Arts and Culture Ministry secretary-general Datuk Saraya Arbi.

She said in the first seven months of 2022, the country received some 3.2 million international tourists with the majority from the republic.

“The Ministry and Kraftangan Malaysia have been pushing for the sustainability and development of the local handicraft industry to attract more visitors.
