PETALING JAYA: The concept of a hybrid Parliament will take some time to be figured out before it can be implemented, says Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin .“What about the hybrid Parliament’s standing order? We have to sit down and discuss this first.
Hamzah said the standing order would have to be brought before a special meeting, which would then decide if the proposal could proceed. “Be patient. We are carrying out the vaccination programme now and should reach our aim by September or October.
All resources can b saved by lifting Emergency & convene Parliament, even if there is some risk it will form a cluster.
