“Apa yang tidak kena? Saya sudah memberikan hak milik tanah sejak setahun lalu,” katanya kepada pemberita selepas menyampaikan 399 sijil NT kepada penduduk kampung di daerah utara Kudat hari ini. Terdahulu, Shafie menyampaikan hak milik tanah sama kepada penerima di Tongod, Tawau, Lahad Datu, Keningau dan Tambunan.
