Menteri Sains, Teknologi dan Inovasi, Datuk Seri Dr. Adham Baba berkata, Hab Teknologi Kesihatan NTIS diwujudkan bagi menangani cabaran sektor perubatan dan penjagaan kesihatan menerusi pendekatan inovatif serta pengawalseliaan bagi teknologi berkaitan.
“Ia akan memberi sokongan terhadap pengembangan modal insan dalam kemajuan teknologi baharu, serta memudahkan perbincangan berkaitan pengawalseliaan antara inovator dan agensi pengawal selia,” katanya dalam ucapan perasmian Hab Teknologi Kesihatan NTIS dan Kluster Penjagaan Kesihatan Bersepadu MRANTI di Bukit Jalil, baru-baru ini.
“Daripada jumlah ini, 19 buah syarikat telah menerima pendanaan dan empat lagi sudah menyiapkan projek mereka,” jelasnya.
