PENGARAH Syarikat Consortium Zenith Construction Sdn Bhd Zarul Ahmad Mohd Zulkifli memberitahu Mahkamah Sesyen hari ini Lim Guan Eng hanya tersenyum dan kelihatan gembira apabila menerima sampul surat berisi wang rasuah RM200,000 yang diserahkannya kepada bekas ketua menteri Pulau Pinang itu pada 2013 dan 2014.
Zarul Ahmad, 62, berkata beliau menyerahkan wang RM100,000 kepada Lim pada 2013 sebagai tanda ‘milestone’ pembayaran perjanjian awal daripada keuntungan projek pembinaan jalan-jalan utama dan terowong dasar laut di Pulau Pinang.
