PUTRAJAYA: Sebuah Pasukan Bertindak Khas untuk ‘Greater Klang Valley’ ditubuhkan sebagai memperkukuhkan kesiapsiagaan sistem kesihatan di Lembah Klang bagi menangani situasi semasa penularan Covid-19 di Selangor dan Kuala Lumpur.
“Pasukan ini juga melihat skop lebih meluas, ia adalah sempadan pandemik. Walaupun dipanggil ‘Greater Klang Valley’, ia juga akan menyertakan bahagian selatan Perak, barat Pahang dan utara Negeri Sembilan selain akan ada pusat arahan bersepadu,” katanya dalam sidang media khas berhubung langkah kesiapsiagaan dan strategi Kementerian Kesihatan menguruskan pandemik Covid-19 di Lembah Klang.
Adham turut memberitahu, pasukan bertindak tersebut diberi peranan untuk membuat persiapan rapi menjelang tempoh pelaksanaan darurat yang akan berakhir 1 Ogos ini terutamanya dalam hal pengambilalihan pengurusan dan kemudahan fasiliti milik pelbagai agensi dan kementerian akan terhenti.
