The guidelines are expected to be completed by the end of this year, says Zuraida.

The Housing and Local Government Ministry is in the process of introducing a job placement rotation system among local governments officers, in an effort to overcome misconducts such as corruption.

Its minister Zuraida Kamaruddin said the matter is still being discussed between the ministry, the Public Service Department and state governments, and the guidelines for the system are expected to be completed by the end of this year...
