PARLIAMENT | It is backdated to Feb 27 to cover all financing announced since the start of the pandemic.

PARLIAMENT | The government tabled in the Dewan Rakyat today for first reading the Covid-19 bill which covers temporary expenditure and financing to better deal with the impact of the pandemic.

The Temporary Measures for Government Financing Bill 2020 tabled at noon, among others, will see the official establishment and application of the Covid-19 Fund.
