The minister says the Govt views the judiciary misconduct allegation as 'very2 serious'. If it's 'very2 serious', then why contemplate in having a RCI?.Isn't RCI good enough to address the issue? May i know why the PH Govt has a very2 'SLOW REACTION SYNDROME'?
Being 'open' and taking prompt measures to address the rot are 2 different matters.
But letting the rogues in the Judiciary get off scot-free shall not be one of the options. The scoundrels must be punished to the maximum.
