KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram mendedahkan kepada Mahkamah Tinggi di sini, hari ini berhubung sepucuk surat baharu berhubung pelantikannya sebagai Timbalan Pendakwa Raya dalam kes Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor.
Semasa prosiding hari ini, Pihak pembelaan sebelum ini mendakwa pelantikan Sri Ram sebagai Timbalan Pendakwa Raya bagi mengendalikan kes rasuah dihadapinya berkenaan projek hibrid solar sekolah luar bandar di Sarawak adalah tidak sah dan terbatal. Surat pelantikan itu tidak bertarikh pada atau sebelum 15 Nov 2018 iaitu hari Rosmah didakwa di mahkamah serta tidak ditandatangani oleh Tommy Thomas iaitu Peguam Negara ketika itu.
Apa yg Kah Mah nak takutkan, seandainya Kah di pihak yg benar. Siapa pun pendakwa raya.
Kak Ros takyah takut.....apa sekali pun penguam.....kalau tak buat salah takyah takut....allah kan ade....
