The transport minister’s advice follows claims that the company is experiencing financial difficulties and that workers are not getting paid on time.

Transport minister Loke Siew Fook said Mavcom needed to understand the issues MYAirline was facing before it could assist the company.

Loke said MYAirline had to meet Mavcom so that the commission could understand the issues the airline was facing and see how it could help.
